In all that we do, our top priority is by far the safety of our employees. We ensure that every staff member is well trained and has all relevant certificates to carry out the required works on the wind turbine generators.

Our employees regularly receive specific training; every education programme is based on the professional associations’ and global wind organizations’ strict guidelines. In addition, we have our own company medical officer who is always prepared for the required examinations. Finally, a health and safety officer supports our safety concept.

In regular trainings, we simulate challenging situations and teach how to handle them. Teamwork is essential, because all workers need to be able to rely on each other at any time.

We are aware of our high-risk work at high altitudes. Therefore one principle always applies to our work: The health of our employees is not negotiable for us.
